The West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is charged with promoting and enhancing a vibrant Downtown West Palm Beach for all. Executive Director Raphael Clemente spoke with Invest:Insights about the DDA’s strategies to position Downtown for growth and addressed the challenges impacting the area.
