The Ford Parade of Lights takes place every year on the San Antonio River Walk. Guests can spend the evening watching ten 26-foot-long boats with one-of-a-kind light technology displays float around the River Walk’s downtown area. The parade will run Sept. 2 through Sept. 4, and then again on Sept. 9 through Sept 11.

Weather permitting, the floats make two laps through downtown from 8-10 PM. The floats will not go into the Shops at Rivercenter or into the Convention Center lagoons as in previous years due to heavy boat traffic.
