To help minimize the impact of the coronavirus on the local community, Florida International University tapped into its global roots to help students and residents face the present challenging times. Through its network of partners, FIU quickly mobilized to supply personal protection equipment to students and the local community as the coronavirus spread throughout Miami-Dade County.
